Cost

We know that counselling can be expensive. As a charity, we believe that it should be accessible to anyone who needs it and so we will work with you to agree an affordable and manageable fee.

There are, however, considerable costs in providing counselling and so we are unable to offer a free service. We make a charge for an initial assessment, though we would not want this fee to deter you from arranging an appointment with us. An assessment fee for an individual is £25 and for a couple it is £30.

At your initial assessment appointment we will work with you to agree a cost that is tailored to your personal circumstances. We will also explain how you make those payments and what to do if you need to cancel an appointment.
